Natural Insecticides, getting rid of Ants.

At our last meeting at Penhill Nursery, many of our members requested Liz’s natural insecticide remedies.  As a garden club we have advised our members over the years to stay clear of any insecticides: home made,  commercial insecticides, fungicides and herbicides are all bad for the environment. We have seen declining insect populations, partly caused by global warming, shrinking habitat, developments and off cause insecticides.   It is not only bad for your own health, it also has a detrimental effect on our fragile environment.
